These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and MJ Code ("we", "us", or "our") and govern your use of the Relax For You mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and with the rules of the app store from which you obtained the App.

The App is developed and provided by MJ Code. It is distributed through the Google Play Store (on Android) and the Apple App Store (on iOS). These app store providers are not responsible for the App or its content and are not parties to these Terms, except that they may be third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them where their own rules require. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of the app store from which you obtained it.
The App is free to download and play, supported by advertising. The App also offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Relax For You Pro") that removes advertising across the App.
No account or login is required to subscribe; your ad-free entitlement is tied to your app store purchase and can be restored on the same store account. Further detail on the limited data involved in verifying a subscription is described in our Privacy Policy.
Unless you subscribe to remove ads, the App is supported by advertising provided through third-party advertising services. Information about the data processed by these services is described in our Privacy Policy.
The App is not a medical application or medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It is provided for entertainment, relaxation, and general wellness-style gameplay purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions regarding a medical condition, and never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of anything provided in the App.
The App and all of its content, including software, graphics, artwork, text, and sound, are owned by MJ Code or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, these Terms do not transfer any right, title, or interest in the App to you. Certain sound effects and assets are used under license from their respective creators.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that it will meet your requirements. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MJ Code will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where liability cannot be fully excluded but may be limited, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for the App or subscription in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the liability.
The App uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, and diagnostics, as described in our Privacy Policy. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you materially breach these Terms or use the App in a way that could cause harm to us, other users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights that these Terms do not affect, including certain rights to cancel purchases of digital content. Please note that, for digital content and subscriptions supplied immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once performance has begun with your consent. Any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence continue to apply regardless of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which MJ Code is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
