Last updated: July 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Relax For You mobile application.

This app does not require users to create an account, and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or postal address through the app itself.

The app offers an optional paid subscription that removes advertising across the app. The subscription is purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and we do not receive or store your payment card details. See the Subscriptions and In-App Purchases section below for details on the limited data this involves.

Disclaimer

Relax For You is not a medical application and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

The app is provided for entertainment, relaxation, and general wellness-style gameplay purposes only.

Health-Related Features and Health Data

This app provides relaxation and light mental-stimulation game content. The app is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor, or prevent any disease or medical condition. We do not request, access, collect, store, or share health data such as medical records, diagnosis information, symptoms, medications, treatment information, Health Connect data, body sensor data, heart rate data, sleep data, step count data, exercise data, or similar health and fitness data from a user’s device. We do not ask users to create a health profile, and we do not ask users to enter diagnosis details, symptoms, treatment details, or medication information in order to use the app. If a user voluntarily sends us health-related information by email when contacting support, we use that information only to respond to the support request or comply with legal obligations. We do not use voluntarily submitted health-related information for advertising or marketing.

Information We Collect

We do not create user accounts for this app, and we do not directly ask users to provide personal information.

The app uses third-party services for analytics and advertising. These services may automatically process certain data, such as:

We do not use this app to directly collect your name, email address, contacts, photos, or payment card information. If you purchase the optional subscription, our backend receives a purchase token / receipt from the App Store or Google Play, as described in the Subscriptions and In-App Purchases section.

How We Use Information

Information processed through the app may be used only for the following purposes:

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The app offers an optional paid subscription that removes advertising across the app. All payment processing is handled entirely by the Apple App Store (on iOS) or Google Play (on Android). We do not see, receive, or store your payment card number, bank details, or billing address. Those details are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies.

To activate and verify your subscription, the app sends a purchase token / receipt issued by Apple or Google to our backend. Our backend validates this token with Apple or Google to confirm whether an active subscription exists, and stores the token so that your ad-free access can be restored and kept in sync. This process does not require you to create an account, and the token is not linked to your name or other identity information.

Our backend is operated using Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the EU (Stockholm, eu-north-1) region. Purchase tokens / receipts processed for subscription verification are stored on these servers.

We use this subscription data only to:

Managing, cancelling, or requesting refunds for the subscription is done through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings, not through us.

Information Collected or Processed Through Third-Party SDKs

The app uses third-party SDKs and services, including Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, Google Firebase (including Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics), and Meta / Facebook SDK.

When enabled in the app, these services may automatically collect or process:

On iOS, the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is only used for personalized advertising if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you do not allow tracking, ads may still be shown but are not personalized using the IDFA.

We use this information for:

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

Third-party providers may process information collected through the app under their own privacy policies and data retention practices.

Data Retention

We do not store device identifiers, analytics data, or advertising data on our own servers.

The only data we store on our own servers (AWS, EU / Stockholm region) is the subscription purchase token / receipt described in the Subscriptions and In-App Purchases section. We retain it for as long as needed to keep your ad-free access active and to meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. If a subscription token is no longer associated with an active subscription, it may be deleted or retained only as required by law.

If analytics or advertising-related data is processed through third-party SDKs such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, or the Meta / Facebook SDK, that data is retained and managed by those SDK providers according to their own privacy policies, retention rules, and legal obligations.

Any app data stored locally on your device remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.

How to Delete Data

Because this app does not use user accounts, there is no server-side user profile for us to delete. The only data we hold on our own servers is the subscription purchase token / receipt described above.

You can delete or limit data related to the app by:

To request deletion of a stored subscription purchase token, contact us by email. We will delete it unless we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons. Please note that deleting an active subscription token may prevent your ad-free access from being restored, while your subscription itself remains managed by Apple or Google.

If you contact us directly by email, we will delete any information you send us in that communication unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address the issue.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. Data described above may be collected or received by our third-party service providers, including Google (for AdMob and Firebase Analytics) and Meta (for Facebook / Meta SDK features), in order to provide advertising, analytics, campaign measurement, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention services for the app. We do not intentionally share health data with advertising or analytics providers.

For the optional subscription, purchase tokens / receipts are exchanged with Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) solely to verify subscription status, and our backend is hosted with Amazon Web Services (AWS) as our infrastructure provider. We do not sell subscription data.

Your Rights (EEA / UK)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR regarding personal data we hold about you.

The only data we store on our own servers is the subscription purchase token / receipt described above. We process it on the following legal bases:

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to this data, to request its correction or deletion, to object to or restrict its processing, and to request data portability. Because we do not operate user accounts, we may be unable to identify which token belongs to you without additional information (such as the App Store or Google Play order details for your purchase).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address in the Contact Us section. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Subscription data is processed on servers located in the EU (Stockholm, eu-north-1 region). Where data is transferred to Apple or Google for payment processing and subscription verification, those transfers are governed by their respective privacy policies and safeguards.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled through the app. Data transmitted off-device by integrated third-party SDKs is intended to be transmitted over secure connections such as HTTPS/TLS. Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device’s own operating system and security settings.

Links to Other Websites

The app may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
